It's AUGUST! WHAT?!?!

Holy Macaroni! This year has been absolutely insane!! 

I had a couple of the biggest life changing and growing months over the last 2 years, it's been mind blowing. Some sad, but mostly just crazy happy! I have grown as a woman, a friend, a daughter - and the biggest reason you're here - a photographer. I have an incredible guy in my life that supports my every goal, and is doing what he can to make being happy, happen. My family is still pretty kickass and I have the cutest nieces and nephews! I'm sure you'll be seeing them featured here soon!
Through everything that's been going on, I'm still throwing photo shoots in there where I can, and my wonderful clients have been so flexible and fantastic with being so patient with me! 

On that note, one of my oldest clients - Kayhla - graduated college this year. This is crazy to me because we started working together at Bob Evans about... 7 or 8 years ago! SO LONG! She has asked me to photograph her biggest memories over those years, and I couldn't be more excited to call her a 'regular'. From puppy photos, to engagement, to wedding, to 21st smash cake, to puppy's 1st smash cake, and ALL OF A SUDDEN... she's graduating with a BA in Psychology. HOLY MOLY! 

My mom always told me - on those Summer's when I would complain they were moving too slow, and I just couldn't wait to get back to school - when you get older, time will move so fast you won't even know what happened. 

Was she right, or what?! 
 

I want to share mine and Kayhla's journey. I'll start with a recap from our first shoots together, and we will move to the graduation photos. I am so incredibly proud of her. She has worked her butt off for this - on top of being a dog mom, a military wife, studying, she also hosts wine parties (THEY'RE A REAL THING AND YOU SHOULD CONTACT HER! haha) for Traveling Vineyard, she crafted everything she could for every shoot we had. I can not wait to see what other exciting things she does with her life!
